Solar Electric Buying Groups
Zach Swan of Northeast Solar and Jared Alvord of Sunbug Solar present on two buying groups that are currently underway in partnership with Co-op Power.
According to the Mass Clean Energy Center, the state-wide average cost per installed watt for residential solar electric was $4.85 during their most recent round of incentives. Northeast Solar's buying group is open to anyone who lives within 50 miles of Hatfield, MA. If we can get 50 kW installed, the price can be as low as $3.78 per installed watt. Sunbug Solar's group is part of Solarize MA, a program that selects a few towns for participation each year. Sunbug is the solar installer for the city of Medford, MA. If we can get 200 kW installed in Medford, the price can be as low as $3.69 per installed watt. Watch now!
