Co-op Power uses its purchasing power to get you a better price on your home heating fuel in Western Massachusetts (Franklin, Hampshire, and Hampden counties) in Southern Vermont, and in southwestern New Hampshire. (In the greater Boston area, Co-op Power Boston Metro East has encouraged members to join the Massachusetts Consumer Energy Alliance's heating oil buying group.)

2013-2014 Propane Buying Group
We will be working with Amerigas again this year. Through their partnerships, they are able to cover most of Franklin County, Hampshire County, Windham County, and Cheshire County. Please note that Amerigas will cover the cost of switching from another propane dealer for those who don't own their tank.
Propane Buying Group Prices
<100 gallons/year= $3.299/gallon
100-300 gallons/year= $2.899/gallon
>300 gallon/year= $2.499/gallon
This is a fixed price that will run until March of 2014.
What do I need to do to sign up for the propane buying group for 2013-2014?
You can get started by filling out the online Propane Sign-up Form.
If you are a member, you can participate for free. If you're not a member, but would like to become one, you can learn more about member benfits and fill out the membership application here. Once we receive your membership form and first payment, you can participate in this buying group and future buying groups for free. If you're not ready to become a member but would still like to participate, you can fill out and return the Affiliate Sign Up Form. Becoming an affiliate costs $25. You must renew your affiliate status each season. Once we receive your information and affiliate or membership form (if you're not already a member), we'll share it with our contact at Amerigas, and they will be in touch with you directly.

2013-2014 Heating Oil Buying Group
It's that time of year where we gather information to build our heating oil buying group. If you're interested in participating in the heating oil buying group, click here.
Note: You are not being asked to commit at this time. This is a way for us to figure out how many gallons we might have and use that information in our negotiations.
Please feel free to share with friends and neighbors!
