Coordinates activities of Co-op Power’s Boston Energy Efficiency crew workers engaged in auditing, air sealing, insulation, appliance and lighting upgrades, and other efficiency measures for residential buildings. Supervisory experience in the building trades; Construction Supervisor License required and BPI certifications preferred; Three plus years of work experience in energy efficiency/utility field desired. Ability to lead team members to effectively and efficiently complete daily work orders; interact with clients, lead contractor, and supply vendors. Full time position; hourly pay rate of $25-30.

We're looking for someone who is very organized and detail oriented; someone who loves putting things in order. They need great database, accounting, and computer skills. We're paying $15 to $18/hour plus benefits depending on experience. It's a full time position at our office in Greenfield for the next few months and then in Hatfield in the spring.
