Learn efficient ways of communicating information about energy efficiency and renewable energy to a wide range of audiences. Learn to work with your neighbors or customers to review technical information on the specific energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions that will work best for them. Get an overview of renewable energy and energy efficiency options. Learn about the characteristics of various customer groups and their building efficiency options: single family houses – old, large and drafty; single family owners – small and fairly tight; multi-family homes; rental units; churches; small businesses; etc. Help people choose a contractor or installer and manage their agreement with them. There will be lots of time for role plays and scenario analysis.

His writings include: the Wal-Mart Sustainability Report, working for Flag Communications in collaboration with SustainAbility and BluSkye; a chapter on sustainable investing for the State of the World 2008 report from Worldwatch Institute; regular articles for SocialFunds.com, as well as the weekly news alert for CSRwire; and articles in magazines such as Audubon Magazine, The CRO, and its predecessor, Business Ethics. Baue co-hosts/produces the nationally syndicated Corporate Watchdog Radio program and podcast. And he recently joined the faculty of the new Managing for Sustainability MBA program at the Marlboro College Graduate Center.
