Bruce Harley, is Technical Director of Conservation Services Group (CSG), is a nationally known expert on building science and energy efficiency. His first book, “Insulate and Weatherize” was published in 2002 , and his new book, “Cut Your Energy Bills Now”, are both published by Taunton Press. He is an engineer who has been involved in energy efficiency for the last decade and has conducted many training sessions relating to energy efficiency in residential construction. He currently lives in Stamford, Vermont in an energy-efficient solar/electric house, which he designed and built.
