Erik Hoffner  is trained as a photographer, educator, and organic farmer. He has worked in the environmental field throughout the western US and is currently a writer and Outreach Coordinator for Orion magazine, America's finest environmental magazine (Boston Globe), and overall winner of the 2004 Independent Press Awards. As Chair for the Pioneer Valley Biodiesel Cooperative, he guided the formation of Northeast Biodiesel.

Christian Lagier has a passion for applying technology to reach business goals, social change and clean energy. He is a licensed avatar master and is Associate Director of the Clark Science Center at Smith College in Northampton, MA. Christian is fluent in Danish, English, French and speaks some German, Swedish, and Norwegian.
