Nancy Abdalla is the Project Director of the Roots Up Green Jobs program at Nuestras Raices in Holyoke, MA. She is a member of the US Green Business Council and has had many exciting cultural career experiences including founding the Thandi Trading Company in Capetown, South Africa and Zanzibar, Tanzania specializing in textiles, masks, ebony and bronze sculpture, and as the Executive Director of Capacidad, a cultural awareness program focusing on theater and arts as a means of understanding world cultures and addressing social justice issues.

David Biddle (Chair) of Hatfield is a founder of the Pioneer Valley Biodiesel Cooperative. He has a PhD in Arabic and in Middle Eastern History, is fluent in Spanish, French, and Arabic, and was a professor at the University of Massachusetts until 1976. He then worked in the field of artificial intelligence for 15 years. David is now involved in construction, real estate management, and renewable energy. David is now involved in construction, real estate management, recycled oil vehicles and works at Stiebel Eltron, a Hatfield distributor of solar equipment.

Erik Hoffner (Clerk) is trained as a photographer, educator, and organic farmer. He has worked in the environmental field throughout the western US and is currently a writer and Outreach Coordinator for Orion magazine, America's finest environmental magazine (Boston Globe), and overall winner of the 2004 Independent Press Awards. As Chair for the Pioneer Valley Biodiesel Cooperative, he guided the formation of Northeast Biodiesel.

Christian Lagier (Treasurer) has a passion for applying technology to reach business goals, social change and clean energy. He is a licensed avatar master and is Associate Director of the Clark Science Center at Smith College in Northampton, MA. Christian is fluent in Danish, English, French and speaks some German, Swedish, and Norwegian.
